Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce solutions and the Salesforce Platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise software implementation, system integration, or enterprise architecture disciplines.
• Understanding of cloud-based architectures (SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenant).
• Security in multi-tier cloud or hybrid apps.
• Knowledge of EA topics such as SOA, ESB, EAI, ETL, BI.
• Awareness of AI, blockchain, and RPA technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives and solution engineers to progress opportunities; travel ~25%.
• Define customer-driven architectures using Salesforce technologies and EA frameworks; communicate roadmaps and reference architectures.
• Apply broad IT expertise to lead discussions on business and technical transformation.
• Support sales by contributing to RFP responses and technical requirements.
• Deliver best practices and educational content at sponsored events, collaborating with product and industry groups.
• Stay current through product, sales, and procedural training and certifications.
• Lead technical due diligence and risk management for customer engagements.
• Meet quarterly and annual performance objectives.
