Madisonhealth in Rexburg, Idaho, seeks a Clinical Educator (Part Time) to influence practice and support ongoing learning for staff and learners. The role requires RN licensure in Idaho and offers a flexible schedule, Mon-Fri, about 24 hours per week, with occasional off-hours education as needed.

The ideal candidate has an active nursing license, (BSN preferred), and is capable of teaching in both one-on-one and group settings. A supportive benefits package is provided.

Competenze

• Registered nurse with at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Current Idaho RN license; BSN preferred.
• BLS and ACLS can be obtained within first few months of hire.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs.

• Coordinate and participate in hospital staff education activities.

Clinical Educators are registered nurses who influence practice, ongoing learning, change, professional role competence and growth of learners in a variety of settings, professional and/or community.

Classification: Regular Part Time

Schedule

• Mon - Fri
• 24 hours per week
• Flexible schedule to be discussed in interview
• There may be times this position will be required to come in during off hours to do education for hospital staff

Required Skills

• 1. Basic Computer Skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows based programs
• 2. Interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
• 3. Ability to educate/teach one on one as well as group settings
• 1. At least 1 year clinical nursing experience
• 1. Current RN License in the state of Idaho
• 2. BSN Preferred
• 3. BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support) Can obtain within first few months of hire
