Job summary

Trios Health is seeking a Clinical Educator (RN) to coordinate onboarding, orientation, and ongoing staff education. You will develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support employee development and align with organizational goals.

You will partner with leadership to identify learning needs, implement education initiatives, and monitor performance data to drive continuous improvement. A focus on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and using learning systems is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required.
  • Licensed RN with BLS and Instructor credentials within 3 years of start.
  • 3–5 years recent clinical experience with mastery of relevant clinical skills.
  • Sufficient previous experience in adult education.

Position Summary
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and ongoing education for staff.
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs to support employee development and organizational goals.
  • Partner with leadership to identify learning needs and implement education, quality, and patient safety initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and share performance data to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Lead education-related projects, committees, and team development activities.
  • Provide education, coaching, and subject matter expertise to staff and leaders.
  • Maintain current clinical knowledge and support changes in nursing practice and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize learning management and data systems to support education programs and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, confidentiality standards, and applicable federal, state, accreditation, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications and requirements
  • Applicants should have a minimum education of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Preferred Master's Degree.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse Basic Life Support-Health Care Provider Basic Life Support-Health Care Provider Instructor within 3 years of accepting or transferring into the position.
  • BLS
  • Minimum Work Experience3‑5yearsofrecentclinicalexperiencewithongoingabilitytodemonstratemasteryofrelevantclinicalskills.
  • Sufficientpreviousexperienceinadulteducation
