Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business or related field required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Five (5) years of Educational or Business management experience required.
• Experience in Higher Education, sales and marketing preferred.
• Experience with diverse populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily enrollment, academic and continuing education operations.
• Manage staff performance and hiring at the Center.
• Hire adjunct faculty and continuing education instructors.
• Develop and monitor the Center budget for profitability and compliance.
• Coordinate course schedules with Academic Dean and Continuing Education Director.
• Develop and market the Center’s education and outreach programs.
• Collaborate with external agencies and partnerships to advance the College mission.
