Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business or related field required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Five (5) years of Educational or Business management experience is required.
• Experience in Higher Education, sales and marketing preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily enrollment, academic and continuing education operations, including admissions, financial aid, advising, registration, billing processes.
• Hire, supervise, evaluate and provide leadership to Center staff.
• Develop and monitor Center budget; ensure profitability and compliance with guidelines.
• Coordinate course schedules with the Academic Dean and Continuing Education.
• Collaborate with other departments to align initiatives and ensure program success.
