Qualifications

• Proven experience in management within an educational or university setting
• Strong background in strategic planning and budgeting to allocate resources effectively
• Demonstrated expertise in education administration, including curriculum oversight or teaching experience at the university level
• Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate teams and drive organizational change
• Knowledge of university policies, accreditation processes, and compliance standards in higher education

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the center’s objectives, aligning with mission and vision
• Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining quality programs and services
• Lead, manage, and support staff including faculty, administrative personnel, and student services teams
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements
• Cultivate relationships with university partners, community organizations, and stakeholders
• Monitor program quality through regular assessment, student feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote a positive campus culture emphasizing leadership development, inclusion, and student success
