Hanover Research seeks a Business Development Associate focused on Education, with hybrid work in the DC area or remote options. You will prospect, craft targeted messages, schedule meetings with K-12 and higher education leaders, and coordinate with the Sales team to grow our education market.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of experience, comfort with cold calling, and a strong interest in sales and client-facing work.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience.
• 0–2 years of work experience.
• Comfortable with cold calling.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, or client-facing work.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect research and scheduling conversations with education leaders.
• Make 50+ calls and 15+ emails per day to secure initial meetings.
• Support the sales process and territory management with an assigned Development Director.
