American Fidelity Assurance is seeking an Account Manager (Outside Sales Rep) in Corvallis, OR to sell benefits, retirement, and supplemental insurance to K-12 districts.

You will manage an assigned territory, build long-term relationships with school employees and administrators, and present needs-based benefit packages. Overnight travel within the territory is required and full training is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required.
• Overnight travel within assigned territory is required.
• Comprehensive training program for new Account Managers.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing B2B accounts by selling insurance products and services.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives; develop customized needs-based packages.
