Job summary

Lirvana Labs is seeking a Solutions Architect to own the technical heart of customer relationships—from discovery to delivery. You’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and sales, translating qualified opportunities into deployed, working solutions for districts or schools.

You’ll have a strong bias toward action, ownership, and autonomy, reporting to the Head of Product and collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and DevOps. Candidates with Edtech experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Translate user stories into buildable software solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery from design to deployment.
• Build credibility with sales through clear articulation of value.
• Mentor junior full‑stack engineers.
• Deliver high-quality software within a full product development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Run technical discovery with the customer to translate pain points into user stories.
• Map pain to solution and customize offerings to meet needs.
• Write code on top of our infrastructure for end-to-end delivery.
• Partner with Sales to drive opportunities to close with technical credibility.
• Communicate timelines clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Feed the roadmap by coordinating with product, engineering, and DevOps.
