Job summary

Music & Arts, a division of Guitar Center, seeks an Education Account Manager to cultivate relationships with schools from elementary to high school. You will lead outreach to educators, grow rental, repair and product adoption, and represent the company as a trusted partner in the school community.

Essential duties include building territory plans, maintaining Salesforce records, and coordinating with stores to host educator events and promotions. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Sales, customer engagement or community relations experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with schools and educators to grow rentals, repairs and product adoption.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline with next steps, dates, meeting notes and opportunity stages.
• Lead outreach through calls, emails, school visits and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with stores and logistics partners to support educator needs.
• Drive program renewals and expansions across rentals, repairs and products.
