Job summary

Music & Arts, a division of Guitar Center, seeks an Education Account Manager to cultivate relationships with schools from elementary to high school, drive rental, repair, and product growth, and expand program adoption. You will act as the primary conduit between Music & Arts and schools in your territory, coordinating educator outreach, store collaboration, and educator events.

Ideal candidates bring sales or community relations experience, strong communication and relationship-building

Qualifications

• Sales, customer engagement, or community relations experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with educators, administrators, and district decision-makers.
• Expand footprint using regional school lists and data.
• Establish weekly outreach including calls, emails, visits, and virtual meetings.
• Develop territory plans for new programs, educator support, and local engagement.
• Drive renewals, expansions, and new program creation across rentals and services.
