Job summary

Music & Arts, a division of Guitar Center, seeks an Education Account Manager to build relationships with schools and drive growth in rentals, repairs, and products. You will serve as the primary liaison between Music & Arts and schools, expanding educator partnerships and regional engagement.

You will develop strategic territory plans, conduct weekly outreach, and coordinate with stores and RLCs to ensure educator satisfaction and program adoption.

Qualifications

• Sales, customer engagement, or community relations experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with music educators and administrators.
• Expand footprint using school lists and weekly outreach rhythms.
• Drive program growth across rentals, repairs, and products.
• Visit schools and host educator nights and events.
• Collaborate with stores to ensure educator support and loyalty.
