Job summary

Music & Arts, a division of Guitar Center, seeks an Education Account Manager to build relationships with K-12 schools, drive rental, repair, and product growth, and expand program adoption in your territory. You will serve as the primary conduit between Music & Arts and schools, cultivating educator partnerships and scheduling weekly outreach to drive engagement.

You will collaborate with stores and Regional Logistics Coordinators to deliver educator support, host events, and promote in-store

Qualifications

• Sales, customer engagement, or community relations experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with educators, administrators, and district decision-makers.
• Expand footprint using school databases and regional lists.
• Establish weekly outreach rhythms (calls, emails, visits, virtual meetings).
• Develop strategic territory plans for new programs and educator support.
