Job summary

Music & Arts, a division of Guitar Center, is seeking an Education Account Manager to build relationships with schools in your territory, driving rental, repair, and product growth.

You will collaborate with local Music & Arts and Guitar Center stores to host educator nights, outreach events, and back-to-school programs, expanding educator engagement and program adoption across districts.

Qualifications

• Sales, customer engagement, or community relations experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with educators and district decision-makers.
• Expand Music & Arts footprint using district lists and regional school lists.
• Establish weekly outreach rhythms (calls, emails, visits, virtual meetings).
• Drive rentals, repairs, and product growth in the territory.
• Coordinate with local stores to host educator nights and events.
• Resolve educator issues related to rentals, repairs, and product needs.
