Job summary

Music & Arts, a division of Guitar Center, seeks an Education Account Manager to build relationships with schools and drive rentals, repairs, and products across the territory. You will champion educator support and student engagement, coordinating with stores and RLCs to maximize program adoption.

Strong sales, communication, and travel capabilities are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Sales, customer engagement, or community relations experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with educators, administrators, and district decision-makers.
• Expand Music & Arts footprint using databases and school lists.
• Establish weekly outreach rhythms (calls, emails, visits, virtual meetings).
• Drive net-new program creation, renewals, and expansions across rentals, repairs, and products.
