Job summary

Grand Canyon Education is seeking an Account Executive to oversee the Sioux Falls, SD territory in a military-community based role. You will use your consultative sales and coaching skills to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment and partner with schools and community organizations.

Starting salary is $75,000 per year with potential six-figure earnings after five years. You must reside within 50 miles of your territory and be willing to travel, with comprehensive tuition benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report.
• If in a rehabilitation program, your credit report must reflect that you are current, not delinquent, on your payments.
• Outstanding time management skills.
• Must be able to prioritize competing priorities while travelling.
• Clear communication skills across in-person, written and phone interactions.
• Self-motivation and drive to succeed.
• Take ownership of your time with students and make a difference.
• High emotional intelligence; ability to coach a diverse range of students and build partnerships.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and flexible schedule.
• Extensive travel within territory; evenings/weekends may be required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and execution: identify and implement event plans for your territory and drive inquiry generation.
• Build high-impact partnerships for your territory and present information via presentations, calls, and emails.
• Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, families, and partners on enrollment.
• Travel within territory for events and community outreach.
• Champion the mission and promote student success and institutional growth.
