Wayground, a global learning platform, is hiring a field-focused SDR to build pipeline across Southeast Asia from Bangkok in a remote setup. You will own events, engage school leaders, and nurture leads into demos for Account Executives.

Map international schools, build targeted lists, and drive multi-channel outreach while logging activity, ROI and pipeline progress to fuel growth in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• EdTech sales experience mandatory: 2+ years in SDR/BDR or sales to schools.
• Proven pipeline generation at events and conferences.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter able to work independently in a new market.

Responsabilités

• Own events across SEA: represent Wayground at conferences and school visits; manage end-to-end event activities.
• Build pipeline between events: map target schools, create lead lists, multi-channel outreach, qualify and hand off to AEs.
• Keep CRM updated; report event ROI and pipeline; share insights to improve GTM plan.
