Wayground (formerly Quizizz) is expanding its SEA presence and seeks a field-focused Sales Development Representative based in Bangkok. You will own events across SEA, build targeted school pipelines, and nurture leads into qualified demos for Account Executives.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in EdTech sales to schools and are proficient with Clay, LinkedIn Navigator, CRMs, and AI research tools. Willingness to travel across SEA is essential.

Formación

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or sales roles selling to schools (K–12 or international).
• Proven ability to generate pipeline at events and convert conversations to meetings.
• Hands-on with tools for prospecting and outreach (Clay, LinkedIn Navigator, CRMs, AI).
• Strong stakeholder mapping skills and independent work capability.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Wayground at education conferences, events, and school visits across SEA.
• Plan end-to-end event presence: outreach, booth setup, product demos, follow-up.
• Capture leads on-site and log in CRM the same day; nurture to booked demos.
• Build targeted school lead lists and map stakeholders (Heads, Principals, IT).
• Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone, messaging).
• Qualify prospects and hand off to Account Executives; stay involved post-handover.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and report event ROI and pipeline.
