Job summary

RDAI Labs is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale journey for Ethos Intelligence in the U.S. education market. You will lead onboarding, drive product adoption, and provide proactive support to teachers, administrators, and district teams.

In this role, you will bridge customers with Product and Engineering, resolve issues, and enhance knowledge bases while fostering strong, long-term relationships. A passion for education tech and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–6 years of experience in customer success or SaaS support.
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey after the sale, from onboarding to ongoing success.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into improvements.
• Build relationships with teachers, school leaders, and district tech teams to maximize Ethos Intelligence value.
• Create and improve self-help resources and support materials.
