RDAI Labs develops practical, ethical AI solutions for education through Ethos Intelligence, helping teachers, districts, and students integrate AI into learning.

As the Customer Experience & Product Success Lead, you will own the customer journey after the sale, from onboarding and adoption to ongoing support and customer success, working with educators and district technology teams to maximize value and feed product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years in customer success or SaaS support roles.
• Excellent written communication for non-technical users.
• Ability to troubleshoot product issues and guide users.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey post-sale: onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and district tech teams to maximize value.
• Bridge customers with Product and Engineering to inform improvements.
• Create and maintain helpful self-service resources and documentation.
