Turnitin is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to serve Spanish and French customers. You will manage relationships with higher education institutions in Spain and France, drive adoption and retention, and execute account plans to grow value from our software portfolio.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to meet customer goals, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure high satisfaction while navigating a remote-first culture that supports work-life balance.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven approach with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborative teammate with curiosity, accountability and a growth mindset.
• Understanding of EdTech and higher education stakeholders.
• Ability to achieve customer retention, upsell and satisfaction targets in a fast-paced environment.
