Job summary

Amplify is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our People Team and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offers. You will build thoughtful sourcing strategies and engage inclusive candidate pools, collaborating closely with hiring managers to drive offers to close.

This is a 6-month contract with potential extension. You will act as a talent advisor, shaping search strategy and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting in-house.
• Experience designing and executing sourcing strategies across Product, Finance, Technology, Sales, and Admin roles with focus on Product/Tech.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS and Workday HRIS.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Google Workspace.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers, delivering a high-quality diverse slate.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Serve as a strategic talent consultant to partnering hiring managers to define requirements and search strategy.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely and thoughtful communication.
• Maintain expertise in EdTech recruiting and ensure compliant, accurate tracking in Ashby.
• Support Peak hiring periods while maintaining candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
