Job summary

Education Alliance for Life Chances is seeking a Delivery Lead to manage the district-wide rollout of the Electronic Development Support Passport (EDSP) across Bradford primary schools. The role requires day-to-day delivery, onboarding schools, coordinating training sessions, and liaising with CAER for evaluation.

The post is fixed-term for two years (Autumn 2026 – Sept 2028), full-time, based in Bradford with travel to schools district-wide. Secondments are welcome with leadership approval.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate delivery activity across two rollout waves for Bradford primary schools.
• Onboard and train schools; manage the assessment windows and readiness.
• Coordinate external trainers and support to maintain consistent delivery standards.
• Provide day-to-day direction to project staff and helpdesk for timely support.
• Contribute to termly progress reports with uptake and engagement data.
