Job summary

Castle Education is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join our Bradford SEN school team on a full-time, immediate-start basis. The role focuses on providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs, helping them access engaging learning in a caring and inclusive environment.

You will work closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff, using effective communication and teamwork to support pupils’ communication, regulation and social development.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with SEND is desirable
  • Experience in SEN school or care setting advantageous
  • Patient, nurturing and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
