Job summary

Born in Bradford – Centre for Applied Education Research (CAER) is implementing the EDSP district-wide rollout across Bradford’s primary schools. The role provides day-to-day administrative, coordination and reporting support to the Programme Director and Delivery Lead to keep the rollout on schedule.

The post is fixed-term for two academic years (Autumn 2026–Sept 2028), full-time, with regular travel to schools across the district.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Programme Director and Delivery Lead.
• Coordinate diaries, meetings and correspondence with schools and partners.
• Maintain programme records and CRM use for school contact lists.
• Prepare agendas, papers and minutes for meetings.
• Support budget administration and tracking of expenses.
• Act as first point of contact for general enquiries from schools.
• Help prepare and distribute communications, updates and guidance materials to schools and MATs.
• Support the organisation of training sessions, webinars and events, including bookings, materials and attendance tracking.
• Collate school feedback, survey responses and helpdesk data for iterative improvement of the rollout.
• Assist in preparing termly progress reports for the Programme Board, pulling together uptake, completion and engagement data.
• Coordinate logistics for CAER’s evaluation activities, including focus groups and interviews.
