Providence in Annapolis is seeking a Contractual Employment Development Services Instructor to support the EDS program through instruction, content updates, and 1:1 coaching for participants in the grant-funded phase.

The role requires delivering employment development services aligned with EDS objectives, teaching job readiness skills, transporting students when needed, and completing progress notes and reports while adhering to DDA, DORS, and Providence requirements.

Qualifications

• Deliver employment development services using agreed-upon instructional objectives and outcomes, aligned with EDS curriculum.
• Teach job readiness skills including resume building, interviewing, communication, and professionalism.
• May transport students to and from class and community activities
• Complete required documentation (progress notes, reports, incident documentation)
• Perform services consistent with applicable DDA, DORS, and Providence contractual requirements
• Maintain required professional credentials and complete mutually agreed-upon trainings necessary to provide contracted services
