Job summary

NewRange Copper Nickel LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Document Control Lead to establish and manage document control processes across studies, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out.

You will lead the EDMS implementation, coordinate with project controls, IT and external parties, ensure accuracy, traceability and auditable records.

This role requires five years in document control within heavy industry and strong proficiency in EDMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in document management, information management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in formal document control in industrial environments.
• Experience with EDMS and document migration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain master document register and EDMS.
• Control issue, reissue, and withdrawal of documents.
• Monitor workflows and escalate delays.
• Compile turnover and close-out packages.
