You will implement controls, manage EDMS, and coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate version histories and timely transmittals.

The role requires 10+ years in document control, 2+ years in leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, EDMS platforms, and dashboards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field plus 10+ years in document control or records management.
• At least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role overseeing document control teams.
• Experience with EDMS, document lifecycle management, and project closeout requirements.
• Experience supporting large capital infrastructure projects in utilities, energy, or pipelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and multiple document management platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain document control procedures, standards, and workflows.
• Lead document control activities across assigned projects and maintain registers.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, and transmittals with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure version control, traceability, and complete project documentation histories.
• Support EDMS implementation, data migrations, and quality assurance.
