Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in document control, project documentation, or records management.
• At least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Experience with EDMS platforms and lifecycle management.
• Experience on engineering/construction/utilities or large capital projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and maintain document control procedures, standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Maintain document registers, tracking logs, and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and transmittals with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Manage version control, document histories, and closeout records.
• Support QA, compliance, audits, and regulatory requests.
• Provide leadership and training to Document Controllers and project staff.
