Job summary

Evolver Inc. seeks an eDiscovery Technical Advisor to deliver professional discovery services, supporting attorneys and paralegals in identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance and on-site work in Washington, DC, partnering with clients in civil and criminal matters. The ETA will use eDiscovery platforms, coordinate with discovery IT, and contribute to process improvements including automation.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance required.
• 3+ years using eDiscovery platforms to collect ESI.
• 2+ years IT experience with Exchange, file servers and SharePoint, with ability to write search criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional eDiscovery litigation technical services to promote a defensible ESI process.
• Serve as expert user of electronic discovery applications to support attorneys and paralegals.
• Manage case matters in an electronic discovery platform (create cases, add data, manage access, deduplicate, identify gaps, merge data).
• Provide training and technical assistance on the discovery review platform.
• Collaborate with Discovery IT to explore new technologies and automate tasks (e.g., RPA).
