Job summary

Evolver Inc. is seeking a Senior Discovery Paralegal to support government and corporate clients in Washington, DC. This on-site role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SSBI and extensive discovery/e-discovery experience.

Responsibilities include analyzing requests, locating responsive material, performing privilege reviews, and coordinating with legal teams and FBI personnel to ensure timely, accurate document production and professional client service.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SSBI.
• 5 years of paralegal experience.
• 3 years of discovery/e-discovery experience.
• 2 years performing privilege reviews on litigation support projects.
• 1 year reviewing privilege on litigation projects involving paper documents and electronic files.
• 1 year using an eDiscovery review platform (Clearwell, Relativity).
• 1 year researching and drafting responses to interrogatories.
• 1 year obtaining documents for document collection and production.
• 1 year communicating and driving litigation projects forward with clients and/or attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret requests from customers.
• Research, locate, and gather material responsive to DMS requests including conducting outreach and informal interviews.
• Assist in preparation of declarations and scan materials to save as image files (e.g., PDF).
• Conduct responsiveness reviews of ESI and paper materials and apply privilege deletion codes.
• Review peers' work for accuracy and provide edits to ensure quality.
• Maintain detailed case notes and enter case information into databases.
• Provide a high degree of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with DMS customers.
• Coordinate classification reviews with subject matter experts and FBI personnel.
• Prepare electronic and/or paper releases for release to customers.
• Communicate with employees at all levels of the FBI to complete projects.
