Job summary

Evolver is a cybersecurity and digital transformation company supporting national defense, federal agencies, and Fortune 500 organizations. We are seeking a Discovery Paralegal to work onsite in Washington, DC, with an active TS clearance.

You will analyze and respond to document requests, perform privilege reviews, manage discovery workflows in platforms such as Clearwell and Relativity, prepare declarations, and keep detailed case notes.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance is required.
• Minimum of two years paralegal experience.
• Two years' experience in discovery/e-discovery.
• At least one year performing privilege reviews on litigation support projects.
• Experience reviewing electronic and paper materials for privilege.
• Experience using eDiscovery review platforms (Clearwell, Relativity).
• Experience researching and drafting responses to interrogatories.
• Experience obtaining documents for collection and production.
• Experience communicating and driving litigation projects with clients/attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret requests from customers.
• Research and gather material responsive to requests.
• Conduct interviews to respond to document requests.
• Assist in preparation of declarations.
• Scan materials to PDF format.
• Perform responsiveness reviews of ESI and paper materials.
• Conduct privilege reviews using eDiscovery tools.
• Apply deletion codes to privileged information.
• Review peers' work for accuracy and provide edits.
• Organize records and maintain detailed case notes.
• Prepare electronic/paper releases for customers.
• Provide professional client service in all interactions.
• Prioritize and schedule projects.
• Coordinate reviews with subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with discovery team members.
• Serve as consultant to government employees on privilege.
• Communicate with FBI staff to complete projects professionally.
• Provide weekly status updates to management and legal.
• Search FBI systems to retrieve responsive documents.
