The ETA will manage ESI collection, processing, and production across cases, work with discovery platforms, and help automate processes using scripting and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance required.
• 3+ years using eDiscovery platforms for ESI collection.
• 2+ years with Enterprise IT (MS Exchange, file servers, SharePoint) and ability to write search criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional eDiscovery services to promote a legally defensible process for identifying, preserving, collecting, processing and producing ESI.
• Support attorneys and paralegals in civil and criminal matters, FOIA requests, and congressional inquiries.
• Manage cases in an electronic discovery platform: create cases, add data, manage access, upload logs, deduplicate, identify gaps, merge data, coordinate with clients.
