Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an eDiscovery Technical Advisor (Top Secret) to support civil and criminal litigation, FOIA and congressional requests. The role involves expert use of eDiscovery tools, plan development with litigation teams, and secure handling of FBI data across multiple locations including Miami and Tampa.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and agile work environment.
• Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM (File to Trial).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• The ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil and criminal litigation, FOIA requests, and congressional inquiries.
• Provide expert technical use of eDiscovery applications (Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, Veritas eDiscovery Platform).
• Develop discovery plans with the litigation team (date range, keywords, custodians).
• Collect data from FBI IT systems to support FBI Office of General Counsel attorneys and agents.
• Analyze search/collection results for data gaps.
• Manage data inputs into eDiscovery review platforms (eDP).
• Coordinate collection results with FBI units responsible for processing discovery for review/redaction/release.
• Provide policy and procedural training on eDiscovery software usage to agency staff.
• Advise on FBI processes for identifying, preserving, collecting, analyzing, and organizing ESI.
