Job summary

Evolver is seeking an eDiscovery Platform Engineer to support Veritas eDiscovery Platform in a sensitive federal context. The role requires active TS clearance with SCI access and onsite work in Washington, DC, five days a week.

You will work with FBI divisions, performing configurations, maintenance, and troubleshooting based on engineering documentation. Candidates should have 4 years in systems engineering/administration, 2 years in high-availability design, and 1 year resolving customer

Qualifications

• 4 years of Systems Engineer/Administrator experience.
• 2 years in architecture and design of complex high-availability systems.
• 1 year resolving customer product support issues.
• Active TS clearance with SSBI; SCI access ability.

Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Veritas eDiscovery Platform.
• Perform OS patches, upgrades, and tool enhancements.
• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for outages; coordinate with FBI divisions.
