Job summary
Evolver, LLC is seeking an eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Engineer to support FBI divisions, handle configurations, monitoring, and troubleshooting, and provide level 1/2 incident response. The role requires an active TS clearance and on-site work in Washington, DC.
You will work with Veritas eDiscovery and Microsoft infrastructure, applying patches and upgrades and coordinating with OGC on program objectives. Applicants should have strong systems engineering experience, high-availability design
Qualifications
- 4 years of Systems Engineer/Administrator experience
- 2 years of architecture and design of complex high-available systems
- 1 year of experience researching and resolving customer product support issues
- Active Clearance: Top Secret with SSBI and ability to obtain SCI clearance
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot IT systems per engineering docs
- Provide Level 1 and 2 escalation for outages
- Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly
- Upgrade admin tools and utilities and add services as needed
- Coordinate with FBI divisions including OGC and CTD during program objectives
