Job summary

Leidos seeks an e-Discovery Professional to support the FAA, blending IT and legal admin duties to organize, assess, and maintain electronic documents during discovery.

You will manage data collection, processing, review, and production, ensuring legal holds and data preservation. Coordinate with counsel, utilize eDiscovery platforms, and document workflows with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant eDiscovery, litigation support, or digital forensics experience.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity, Nuix, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model).
• Ability to train small groups on customer-facing tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and obtain applicable ESI from data sources using archive platforms.
• Manage end-to-end eDiscovery processes: collection, processing, review, production.
• Ensure compliance with legal holds and data preservation standards.
• Coordinate with legal counsel to develop discovery strategies and protocols.
• Utilize eDiscovery platforms for data processing and document review.
• Perform data culling, deduplication, and quality checks per EDRM.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ESI and review platforms.
• Maintain documentation of workflows and chain of custody.
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, and outside counsel.
• Stay current with evolving eDiscovery technologies and best practices.
• Train legal staff and management to use FAA’s eDiscovery review platforms.
