Job summary

Leidos is seeking an e-Discovery Professional to support the FAA. The role combines IT and legal admin duties to organize, assess, manage, and maintain electronic documents during agency investigations or legal proceedings.

Responsibilities include end-to-end eDiscovery, legal hold compliance, coordination with counsel, and training staff on FAA review platforms, leveraging Relativity and Nuix expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, IT, CS, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or digital forensics.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity, Nuix, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model).
• Ability to train small groups on how to use a customer-facing tool.
• Proficient in documenting processes and policies.
• Familiarity with data formats, databases, and file systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain a Secret level Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and apply methods to obtain applicable ESI from data sources using data archive/storage platforms.
• Manage end-to-end eDiscovery processes: data collection, processing, review, production.
• Ensure compliance with legal hold and data preservation standards.
• Coordinate with legal counsel to develop discovery strategies and protocols.
• Utilize eDiscovery platforms for data processing and document review.
• Perform data culling, deduplication, and quality control checks per EDRM standards.
