Discovery is seeking an eDiscovery Analyst to support the technical aspects of Legal Hold and eDiscovery processes. This role acts as the technical resource for systems used to identify, preserve and collect custodial data for litigation and compliance matters.

The position involves managing custodian email journaling, coordinating with counsel and IT, advising on litigation support technologies, and ensuring data is preserved across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage custodian email journaling to preserve data.
• Liaise with counsel, paralegals, IT, and vendors on technical eDiscovery aspects.
• Advise attorneys on litigation support technologies.
• Provide direction to IT to meet eDiscovery objectives.
• Track and control data collection activity.
• Ensure structured and unstructured data is preserved.
• Research and collect custodial data as required.
• Coordinate with data owners on data retention and preservation.
• Administer Nuix/Glass and Proofpoint data collections tools.
• Advise eDiscovery partners on best practices and automation.
• Keep abreast of eDiscovery best practices and technologies.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of eDiscovery services.
• Troubleshoot incidents and issues.
