Qualifications

  • Experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related legal technology role.
  • Experience with ESI processing, productions, metadata, and data integrity.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work with attorneys and vendors.
  • Undergraduate degree or paralegal certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support all phases of the eDiscovery lifecycle, including data processing, production, and QC.
  • Process and organize electronically stored information (ESI) for litigation matters.
  • Perform document tagging, coding, and database management.
  • Analyze metadata and ensure data integrity throughout the discovery process.
  • Prepare and manage document productions per case requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and outside vendors on eDiscovery projects.
  • Assist with document review workflows and litigation support initiatives.
  • Use eDiscovery platforms and tools to support case teams.
  • Provide additional technical and project-based support as workloads fluctuate.
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with discovery protocols.

Job description

Our client, a highly respected law firm, is seeking an eDiscovery Specialist to join its litigation support team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys the technical aspects of litigation and electronic discovery while working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong eDiscovery experience, exceptional communication skills, and a professional demeanor. While technical expertise is important, the firm is equally focused on finding someone with outstanding interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all phases of the eDiscovery lifecycle, including data processing, document review, production, and quality control.
  • Process and organize electronically stored information (ESI) for litigation matters.

Qualifications

  • Experience with eDiscovery review platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, or similar applications.
  • Ability to process data, manage productions, work with metadata, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with attorneys and support staff.
  • Professional demeanor and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Undergraduate degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred but not required.

Work Arrangement
