Job description

APT is working with a leading eDiscovery services team that’s hiring for two contract openings: an eDiscovery Coordinator and an eDiscovery Project Manager. Both roles support matters end-to-end across the eDiscovery lifecycle in Relativity, from ingestion through productions. These are very client-facing roles. You’ll work directly with case teams and stakeholders, with support from established ticketing / operations teams to help drive ingestion, processing, and review support requests.

What you’ll be doing (both roles):

• Support the full eDiscovery workflow: data intake, processing, workspace setup, review support, productions, and QC in Relativity
• Serve as a client-facing point of contact, providing clear updates, timelines, and guidance
• Partner with internal ticketing teams for ingestion/processing requests, troubleshooting, and review support
• Run production workflows: load files, exports, deliverables management, and documentation
• Maintain defensible process documentation and chain of custody where required
• Help standardize repeatable workflows, templates, and best practices

Role split -

eDiscovery Coordinator

• Execute day-to-day tasks, manage queues, and support workflows
• Assist with basic client requests, workspace admin tasks, and liaising with stakeholders
• Support reporting, status updates, and client communication under PM leadership

eDiscovery Project Manager

• Own delivery across multiple matters, timelines, and stakeholders
• Lead client calls, scoping conversations, and workflow planning
• Drive production strategy and issue resolution, ensuring quality and defensibility

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on Relativity experience (review support, productions, workspace admin)
• Strong understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle from intake to productions
• Confident, polished client communication in a delivery environment
• Able to coordinate across teams, ticket queues, and shifting priorities
• Nice to have: Relativity certs (RCA/RCE), ACEDS, processing/production-heavy experience

Compensation and benefits:

• W2 contract at $25 to $70/hour depending on role and experience
