Elevate is a global, AI-powered law company recruiting a Project Manager-eDDR to join its Discovery unit. You will serve as a liaison and case consultant for customers engaging with Elevate's discovery team on eDiscovery projects, ensuring robust documentation within the project queue and coordinating with multiple groups to implement optimal solutions for customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in eDiscovery and document review project management.
• Experience with large, multi-workstream projects for a single client.
• Experience with Review Center and prioritized review.
• Thorough knowledge of the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle and managed document review.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage all aspects of eDiscovery and document review projects.
• Coordinate with internal customer stakeholders for collections.
• Perform collections if needed.
• Conduct initial kick-off calls with customers and key stakeholders.
• Ensure timelines are understood and deadlines are met.
• Load data between Repository and Review databases.
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and coding panels.
• Act as the primary day-to-day project contact.
• Process data in RelativityOne.
• Support review team and Review Center.
• Support billing and invoicing activities.
