Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead e-discovery matters from planning through delivery. You will oversee multiple matters, coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, IT, and client teams, and mentor junior staff to ensure on-time, high-quality results.

In this role, you’ll define project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk, while delivering expert guidance on data collections, processing, review workflows, and export deliverables. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or minimum 3 years in the litigation support / legal industry.
• 3 years experience using the Relativity platform or equivalent eDiscovery tools.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight of multiple discovery matters and serve as primary client point of contact.
• Provide expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables.
• Create and maintain project schedules and reporting, including defining activities, sequence of events, dependencies, work effort, duration and resource requirements.
• Develop and manage relationships with internal teams.
• Forecast, track and manage project budgets.
• Mentor and guide junior members of a portfolio team to ensure client satisfaction.
