Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee e-discovery matters, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary client contact. The role involves managing multiple projects concurrently, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring delivery of data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or minimum 3 years in the litigation support/ legal industry.
• 3 years experience using the Relativity platform or equivalent eDiscovery tools.
• Willingness to travel and flexible schedule to meet client needs.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight of multiple discovery matters and serve as primary client point of contact.
• Provide expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables.
• Create and maintain project schedules and reporting, including defining activities, sequence of events, dependencies, work effort, duration and resource requirements.
• Develop and manage relationships with internal teams and monitor quality standards.
• Forecast, track, and manage project budgets and report KPIs.
• Mentor junior portfolio team members and contribute to business development efforts with clients.
