Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Litigation Technologist in Dallas, TX with Top Secret clearance. Hybrid/Remote options available, supporting FBI Discovery needs and civil/criminal matters using Relativity and other eDiscovery tools. You will monitor laws, advise on preservation, collection, processing, and production of ESI, and help update SOPs for the ETA role.

You must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a government clearance, with 5+ years in eDiscovery and strong

Qualifications

5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and agile work environment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide litigation technology support including monitoring changes to laws impacting civil and criminal litigation and FBI Discovery policies.
Monitor the industry to apply new technology or best practices to FBI Discovery.
Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs and deliver new functional capabilities.
Test system upgrades or patches prior to release.
Preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil, criminal, FOIA, and external inquiries.
Update and create SOPs for the ETA role.
