Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist (Top Secret Clearance Required) for Boston, MA with hybrid/remote options. This role supports FBI Discovery workflows and federal accounts, requiring deep experience in eDiscovery services and Relativity.

You will monitor laws, apply new technologies, and ensure preservation, collection, processing, and production of ESI across civil and selected criminal matters, FOIA requests, and other inquiries.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with eDiscovery teams and non-technical business leaders.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to laws that impact civil and criminal litigation to determine their impact on FBI Discovery policies.
• Assess how new technology or best practices can be applied to improve FBI Discovery.
• Verify that any proposed solution meets the underlying need.
• Test system upgrades or patches prior to release.
• Provide advice on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil litigation, select criminal matters, and external inquiries.
