Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an experienced eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join our Legal team in Dallas, TX. You will support FBI discovery workflows, advise on ESI preservation, and optimize litigation technology across complex civil and criminal matters.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in eDiscovery, Relativity expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced government contracting environment with a US government security clearance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3+ years of progressive, more responsible lit support experience.
• 2+ years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor changes to laws impacting civil/criminal litigation to FBI Discovery policies.
• Review industry trends to apply new tech or best practices to FBI Discovery.
• Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs.
• Test system upgrades or patches prior to release.
• Deliver new functional capabilities addressing existing requirements.
• Provide guidance on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI.
• Monitor legal hold custodians and preserve materials as required.
• Update or create SOPs for the ETA role.
• Provide strong technical and legal expertise on eDiscovery applications.
