Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to support civil and criminal matters, FOIA requests, and related inquiries. You will advise on ESI collection, preservation, and production using FBI tools and processes, while maintaining strong collaboration with legal and technical teams.

Role requires a solid eDiscovery background, Relativity experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, executive-level environment with potential security clearance involvement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive responsibility on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor laws impacting civil/criminal litigation to assess FBI Discovery policy impact.
• Evaluate how new tech or best practices apply to FBI Discovery requirements.
• Test system upgrades and patches before release.
• Provide guidance on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil/criminal matters and FOIA requests.
