Job summary

Plona Partners is partnering with a highly regarded international law firm to identify an eDiscovery Analyst for its growing legal technology and practice solutions function in Texas. The role is based in Austin, Dallas or Houston with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) and a base salary of $90,000–$135,000.

You will sit at the intersection of litigation, data and AI tools, providing technical and project management support throughout the lifecycle of complex eDiscovery matters,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of experience in law firm, corporate legal department, litigation support or eDiscovery environment preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Relativity and related eDiscovery tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong project management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage eDiscovery workflows, deadlines, and deliverables across matters.
• Process data and support complex litigation matters in Relativity.
• Create and administer Relativity workspaces and search term reports.
• Batch documents and prepare productions; perform QC on deliverables.
• Track matters and report status to attorneys and matter teams.
• Support onboarding, closing, and post-matter reporting processes.
