Job summary

Tru Staffing Inc. seeks an eDiscovery Senior Analyst in San Francisco, CA, for a leading law firm. The role supports the Litigation Department from collection through production and leads Technology Assisted Review projects using Relativity's AI tools, with a focus on best practices and innovation.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and able to work across teams, including IT and legal. Hybrid schedule allows two remote days per week; travel to other offices may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• Several years of professional experience in a mid-to-large law firm or equivalent environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of automated litigation information management and related software.
• Relativity Certified Administrator or Certified E-Discovery Specialist preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Kofax Power PDF Advanced, iManage/FileSite, and database management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage small and large eDiscovery matters from collection through production.
• Consult at all levels, providing discovery/eDiscovery and related technology expertise.
• Provide ongoing litigation and trial technology support to legal teams.
• Manage TAR projects using Relativity Review Center and aiR AI products.
• Advise on discovery and oversee vendor monitoring and management.
• Develop and implement best practice standards for litigation tech and AI solutions.
• Participate in ongoing in-house training and vendor events to stay current.
• Collaborate with IT on software/hardware recommendations for litigation tech.
• Provide training to attorneys on litigation support, AI, and discovery matters.
• Provide backup support for the Litigation Support team when needed.
